Brooms & Brews provides a unique opportunity for new and casual curlers to get out on the ice.

During the first hour our coaches will be on the ice to provide instruction and help you get started. During the second hour everyone will be split into teams of 4 and play a short just-for-fun game against one another.

After the on-ice activities, it’s time to warm up with a beverage! Join us in the clubhouse for socializing, something that curlers do very well. The bar is stocked with various bottled, draft and craft beers, wine, liquor, cider, coolers, and various non-alcoholic drinks such as hot chocolate and soft drinks.

To participate in this event you MUST register online in advance, accept the terms of our waiver and pay online by Credit Card. (Visa and MC only) Spectators are welcome and DO NOT need to register.

You can sign up and pay one at a time, or if you have a group of 2 to 4 friends, register as a group. Whoever registers the group must pay for everyone in that group.

This event is for those aged 19 or older. No minors.

A few things to note before arriving:

• Please do not arrive any earlier than 30 minutes prior to the event
• Carry in a clean pair of indoor rubber soled shoes with absolutely no dirt or sand on the bottom. You cannot wear the street shoes you wore to the event on the ice.
• Arrive dressed to curl wearing warm, loose-fitting clothing
• Gloves are a good idea
• Hang your coat and change your shoes in one of our locker rooms, not in the lounge
• Brooms and other necessary equipment will be provided
• We only accept debit or credit at the bar, no cash
