CURL LONDON - RELEASE FORM

By agreeing to this Release, you give up important legal rights. Please read carefully! This is a binding legal agreement. In consideration of the right to participate in any of the Curl London programs, activities and events at the Highland Community Curling Club and Londondon Curling Club, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Disclaimer: The Curl London, London Curling Club, and their directors, officers, members, employees, volunteers, and representatives (the “Organizations”) are not responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind suffered by a participant during, or as a result of, any program, activity or event, caused in any manner whatsoever including, but not limited to, the negligence of the Organizations.

Release of Liability:

 In consideration of these Organizations allowing me to participate, I agree:

1. To assume all risks arising out of, associated with or related to my participation;
2. To be solely responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that I might sustain while participating; and
3. To release these Organizations from liability for any and all claims, demands, actions and costs that might arise out of my participating, even though such risks, injuries, loss, damage, claims, demands, actions or costs may have been caused by the negligence of the Organization.
4. To FOREVER RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY these Organizations from any action related to my becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or any other communicable disease as a result of, or from, any action, omission or negligence of myself or others, including but not limited to the Organization.
5. To FOREVER RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY these Organizations from any action related to me participating in any of the above mentioned events while under the influence of alcohol and/or any other substance whatsoever.

Acknowledgement: I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, that I have executed this agreement voluntarily, that this agreement is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and representatives and I am not under the influence of alcohol or any other substance whatsoever.
