Mission Statement
Our mission is to strive to promote a welcoming, friendly and comfortable setting in which our members and guests can fully enjoy the sport of curling and achieve the social interaction that is integral to the curling experience.
To encourage fellowship, sportsmanship, fitness and recreation in developing the sport of curling as a lifelong activity. Cultivating inclusivity, diversity and accessibility wherever possible, is a cornerstone of our endeavours within our community.
To provide high quality curling ice and excellent facilities so that members of our community can realize the maximum satisfaction from their curling activities.
To offer training and other development programs to new and experienced curlers of all ages to enhance the enjoyment of curling and to offer other activities to further augment the social interaction of members.
To foster volunteerism and a sense of ownership in all areas including program development, convening of leagues, new member recruitment and club leadership.
Vision Statement
The London Curling Club will be recognized as a leader in encouraging all of the positive attributes of the sport to its members, guests and to members of our local community. The promotion of curling as a sport for persons of all ages and abilities to enjoy, within the framework of our mission statement, and in so doing, develop curling as a preferred source of winter exercise and enjoyment in a welcoming environment.
