Group registration

Please complete the form below to sign up your team/group for the Chicks and Sticks Bonspiel.  Indicate FIRST or SECOND draw preference in the Notes to the Club -  every effort will be made to accommodate your draw preference.  Please also include any dietary restrictions for your team. You will be required to enter the names of 4 curlers. If you are not yet sure who those curlers will be, simply use TBD as the name along with your own email address.

A few things to note before arriving:

• We only accept debit or credit at the bar, no cash
• Please use the locker rooms. Do not leave items in the lounge

Cancellations will be accepted until one week prior to the event.
